SVIMS gets ISBTI Award

Tirupati: SVIMS has been bestowed with ‘Institutional Award’ for the year 2018 by Indian Society of Blood Transfusion and Immunohematology (ISBTI) for innovative ideas in the field of scientific research in transfusion medicine.

Driven by the concept of continuous quality improvement and total quality management as envisaged by the Director Dr TS Ravikumar, the Department of Transfusion Medicine headed by Dr KV Sridhar Babu was making reforms towards transforming SVIMS into a high reliability organisation.
