Vakapalle rape case update

Visakhapatnam: In today's hearing in the Vakapally sensational rape case, the Special Public Prosecutor filed a petition seeking direction from the Court to conduct the potency test for the accused. 

The Special PP argued that the potency test which is generally conducted at the stage of investigation was not conducted in this case, which is yet another lapse in the investigation conducted by the CB- CID. The case is posted for November 12, for counter.
