Chandrababu Naidu faulted for not enquiring about Opposition leader’s health
Kurnool: CPI State Secretary K Ramakrishna came down heavily on Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for not enquiring about the health condition of the YSRCP chief YS Jaganmohan Reddy, who was injured in a murder attempt at an airport in Visakhapatnam and hospitalised.
Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, the CPI leader stated it is the responsibility of the Chief Minister to know about Opposition leader’s health condition.
The TD and YSRCP leaders stooped to a low level by making allegations against each other over murder attack on the YSRCP chief. He demanded that the state government should constitute an independent agency to probe the knife attack case on YS Jagan.
Ramakrishna further said as to why the central government is not taking initiative to overcome the drought prevailing in the district. If the NDA government fails to address the drought in Rayalaseema districts then the CPI will launch state-wide agitations, he warned and added that a meeting was convened with the Left parties at Vijayawada on November 3.
