Dhanwantari Jayanthi ON Nov 5
Following the call given by Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, National Ayurveda Day and Dhanwantari Jayanthi will be observed by TTD Ayurvedic Hospital and College on November 5.
Free Ayurvedic medical and awareness camps will be conducted in rural areas to enlighten the rural masses on Ayurvedic medication by TTD on the eve of National Ayurveda Day on November 4 in Ramayyagari village in Damalacheruvu mandal in Chittoor district. The Vasisthashram is hosting the programme for the villagers.
Five types of specified areas of Ayurvedic medication will be conducted on free consultation which includes Panchakarma, Salyal (eye related), Balaroga(child diseases), Prasuti Streeroga (gynaeic), Kayachikitsa (of body). Apart from this awareness lectures on home medicines, Ayurvedic health principles, locally grown medicinal plants, diet are also will be given.
On November 5, Dhanwantari Jayanthi-the Birth Anniversary of God of Ayurvedic Medicine will also be observed in SV Ayurvedic college in Tirupati.
