Chandrababu Naidu joined hands with Congress to protect State’s interests: Jawahar
Guntur: Minister for Excise K S Jawahar justified Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu joining hands with Congress to protect interests of the State and questioned what is wrong in it.
He recalled that Chijranjeevi launched Praja Rajyam Party and merged the party in Congress. He said Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan had no right to criticise Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
In a statement, the Minister said Prime Minister Narendra Modi was taking revenge on TDP and not cooperating for the development of Andhra Pradesh.
He alleged that the Prime Minister was not allowing the CBI and RBI to function properly and interfering in their functioning. The Minister said people will teach a lesson the BJP in the 2019 elections.
He criticised Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan stating that he lacked guts to criticise Modi though he was involved in Rafale scam and refused to accord the Special Category Status (SCS) to Andhra Pradesh. He said though Andhra Pradesh was facing financial crisis, Chandrababu Naidu was implementing welfare schemes and ensuring development of the State.
