Stating that the attack on the Leader of Opposition was engineered by TDP leadership only as it was scared by the growing popularity of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and the state has been making every attempt to divert and dilute the investigation process.

Speaking to media here on Monday, Party MLA RK Roja said, ‘it is ten days since the attack took place and the investigation has been side tracked on the very first day when the DGP and Chief Minster had expressed their views setting pace to dilute the incident.

It is only Chandrababu Naidu and his Party that will benefit out of the elimination of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy and the conspiracy angle to this effect was never taken up for consideration which shows how things are moving and at what pace.

The reaction of Chandrababu Naidu, the words he spoke and the expression he had given could neither hide his happiness for the incident and nor the frustration for failure of the attempt which make him the main accused in the case, she said.

‘Why the restaurant owner Harshavaradhan Prasad Choudhary was not questioned thoroughly and why there was no proper explanation as to why he had given orders that outside food and water should not be served to YS Jagan Mohan Reddy in the airport longue. This angle is clearly forgotten and the line of conspiracy was totally ignored and instead people who mattered have prematurely declared that it is a minor incident, she said.

This was the reason as to why we have been insisting that the investigation should be carried out by an agency which is not under the control of the State Government.

The attack comes after a string of reports that YS Jagan Mohan Reddy will the next Chief Minister and YSRCP will sweep 2019 elections, she said.

When credence has been given the supposed Operation Garuda which says that there would be a possible attack on Chief Minister why he was let off and what was the state intelligence doing, she asked.
