Deceased man’s eyes donated

 Kakinada: The eyes of a 44-year-old Karri Chandrasekhar Reddy, a resident of Gandhinagar here, were donated to Kakinada Eye Foundation after his death on Monday.

Dr Badam Balakrishna, founder chairman of the eye foundation, complemented the gesture of Pravallika, wife of Chandrasekhar Reddy and their family members for their decision to donate eyes as it provides eye sight to two persons.

On this occasion, Dr Balakrishna appealed to the  public to donate eyes of any family member in case of demise and contact phone numbers 99897 99456 or 94907 10666  and help in restoration of eye sight to visually impaired  persons.
