Meet dicusses crackers effects on environment

Kakinada: An awareness programme on ‘fire crackers burning and effects on environment on Diwali Day’ was organised at Aditya PG College here on Tuesday. Speaking on the occasion, Aditya Intuitions coordinator BEVL Naidu quoting the Supreme Court judgment narrated the effects of   firing crackers on Diwali. 

He reminded that the apex court had given only two hours time to fire the crackers on Diwali. The coordinator reminded that this time factor would definitely help in bringing down the pollution levels in the atmosphere. He advised the public to minimise the firing of crackers and save the environment from pollution.
