Chandrababu Naidu planning to make Lokesh CM, says Veerraju
Rajamahendravaram: BJP MLC Somu Veerraju said that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu was planning to make his son Nara Lokesh as Chief Minister and the proposed anti-BJP front at the national level is part of his game.
Speaking to reporters at the Press Club here on Friday, he said the Chief Minister was concentrating on this issue only setting aside the interests of the State. The efforts to form an anti-BJP alliance, is only to get political mileage, the MLC said.
“The Chief Minister is the only leader who does not know about democracy and its value as well as its meaning. Adiministration is paralysed in the State and all institutions have been diluted,” he said. By campaigning on Operation Garuda, the Chief Minister is trying to divert the attention of people, Veerraju said.
He criticised Naidu for trying to blame Prime Minister Narendra Modi for everything. “Naidu goes into a grip of fear when he hears the name of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and is resorting to a blame game,” he said.
Naidu had earlier back-stabbed his father-in-law and TDP founder N T Rama Rao to secure the coveted post of the Chief Minister of united Andhra Pradesh and now he had ditched the BJP and Jana Sena after having an alliance with them for four-and-half years, he said and added that the Centre will take action against the corrupt TDP government which had diverted Central funds.
