Naidu said that the BJP betrayed the people of the State by reneging on its promises on several counts.  He said the BJP leaders in the state must think about the interests of the state.

“I will not give up on Centre’s adamant attitude towards the State. Very soon, we will collect everything what they promised, with interest,” he said.
On YSRCP, he said the party would not attend the Assembly and did not support the TDP when it moved No-Confidence Motion against the BJP in Lok Sabha. “The YSRCP and BJP together are doing injustice to Andhra Pradesh.

Now, Jana Sena president Pawan Kalyan also came to their rescue, instead of fighting with the BJP to bring pressure on them in fulfilling the promises made under AP Reorganization Act,” he said.
