Development works in civic parks inspected

Tirupati: District Collector PS Pradyumna has inspected the ongoing development works in the municipal parks here on Thursday along with Municipal Corporation of Tirupati (MCT) Commissioner V Vijay Rama Raju.

The Collector instructed the officials concerned to complete the development works in Padmavathi and Prakasam municipal parks on or before February. He also reviewed with officials about smart city development projects in MCT office and enquired about the progress of solar rooftop project on school buildings.

He informed officials that traffic jams would reduce considerably once the proposal of elevated corridor is approved. MEs B Chandrashekar, S Johnny and other officials were present.
