Prof Teki assumes charge as AKNU registrar

Rajamahendravaram: Adikavi Nannaya University (AKNU) vice-chancellor Prof Murru Mutyala Naidu has appointed Prof S Teki as university registrar in the place of Dr T Ashok.

Prof Teki assumed charge on Thursday. He worked as principal of university arts and science college for three years, as academic affairs dean for four years and as university executive council member for three years. He has teaching experience of nearly three decades.

Prof Teki completed Rs 1 crore worth of Ph D projects and as many as five students completed Ph D under his guidance. He toured extensively in 33 countries and presented 33 research papers in national and international seminars.

University vice-chancellor Prof Naidu and other staff congratulated new registrar.
