Pharmacy Week celebrations begin

Vijayawada: As part of 57th Pharmacy Week, a week-long ‘Exhibition of Scientific Research Papers’ was organised by the third year students of B Pharmacy and Pharma D of KPSR Siddhartha College of Pharmaceutical Sciences here on Tuesday.

The programme was organised by Pollution Control Board officers T Rajendra Reddy and Dr M Madhusudana Rao on the college premises. 

The exhibition witnessed a good response from the people. The students displayed the research papers pertaining to the advancements in the field of Pharmacy on the occasion.

D Deepthi of Pharma D third year displayed the research papers explaining the smoking de-addiction. 

T Ratna Deepika displayed research papers explaining the advantages of ginger, grape seeds, soya seeds and other natural fruits and veggies to prevent heart disease. 

D Sirisha displayed chemical reactions, P Bhargavi displayed research papers explaining de-addiction of drugs.

Bala Yeshwant Kumar, M Sri Vidya, K Himasri and others participated in the programme.
