TDP leaders trying to take over AgriGold lands, alleges Kanna Lakshminarayana
Vijayawada: Bharatiya Janata Party state president Kanna Lakshminarayana alleged that the Telugu Desam leaders hatched a conspiracy to take over the valuable AgriGold lands and intentionally undervaluing the land values.
Kanna questioned how the value of properties would come down drastically in the last three years. He inaugurated the three day ‘Bhu Rakshana Deeksha’ at Dharna Chowk here on Monday to save the lands from the TDP government.
Addressing the BJP workers and leaders Lakshminarayana said the TDP government initially valued the AgriGold properties at Rs.25,000 crore in 2015, Rs.16,000 crore in 2016, Rs.10,000 crore in 2017 and Rs.2200 crore in 2018.
He said the Government had announced the Hailand property belongs to AgriGold and now saying it did not belong to it. Kanna has questioned why the Government changed the stand on Hailand.
He alleged the TDP leaders have taken over lands valued at thousands of crores in Amaravati at cheaper rates than the market value. He said the Government lost crores of rupees as registration charges due to under valuing the land prices.
The BJP launched three day Bhu Rakshana Deeksha to protect the lands from the state government, he said and alleged that the TDP government forcibly taken thousands of acres land from the farmers in Amaravati region and now doing real estate business by selling lands to the corporate and private companies.
He alleged the Government had taken up constructions in the low lying areas in Amaravati and warned it should be held responsible if the people suffer loss due to construction in unsafe area.Rajya Sabha member G V L Narasimha Rao alleged the Amaravati capital is a big scam.
He said the TDP leaders are suing the Amaravati capital area for converting the black money into white money. He has alleged the lands allocated to Singapore companies are sold as plots as real estate business.
