Orientation camp for Junior Trainees held

Visakhapatnam: The induction and orientation programme for the recently recruited Junior Trainees  November-2018 batch was inaugurated by KC Das, Director (Personnel), Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL), the flagship company of Visakhapatnam Steel Plat here on Friday.

Addressing the trainees, Das called upon them to understand the processes in the plant and attach utmost importance to safety standards while working in their respective zones.  

He mentioned that RINL-VSP is an environment-friendly steel plant and stressed the need to work with commitment and dedication to enhance the image of the organisation. He advised the trainees to learn the skills and develop inter-personal relations to grow in their career. He  exhorted them to lay focus on the job training and get acquainted with the latest technology incorporated in various production units.

O R Ramani, Executive Director (Works) RINL, highlighted the production facilities that are available in the plant and the need to develop the safety consciousness while discharging the duties. Raju Isaac, GM (HR), A Bhoobathy, AGM (Training) and K Anthony, AGM(Training) and other senior officials were present on the occasion.
