Waterfalls in Tirumala thrill pilgrims

Tirumala: The incessant rains in Tirumala brought cheers to the multitude of visiting pilgrims and the torrents gushing out of the hill rocks providing feast to the eyes of many. 

The torrents including Chakratheertham, Malavadigundem and Kapilatheertham gliding swiftly from hill rocks delighted the devotees. 

The pilgrims captured the beauty of Seshachala Ranges and waterfalls in their mobile phones. 

On the other hand, Akasha Ganga, Papavinasanam and Gogarbham dams also added waters with the non-stop rains which showered recently. 

Tirumala has recoded 144 mm of rainfall which added 18 lakh gallons of water in all the reservoirs. 

With the recent showers, the water in the reservoirs of Tirumala will suffice the needs of pilgrims and denizens for the next 441 days.
