CPI demands arrest of Denduluru MLA Chinthamaneni Prabhakar

Vijayawada: Communist Party of India State secretary K Rama Krishna alleged that Denduluru MLA Chinthamaneni Prabhakar was creating panic by threatening the people as an MLA and WHIP.

In this regard Ramakrishna wrote a letter to Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu demanding the arrest of the MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar. He stated that as many as 27 cases against Chintamaneni Prabhakar were pending, a rowdy sheet was opened against MLA at three town police station at Eluru. 

Rama Krishna alleged that an atrocity case against him was also pending for beating, scolding and using abusive language against a Dalit worker Racheeti John in Eluru. 

Ramakrishna stated in his letter written to the Chief Minister that the MLA was threatening the forest officers and was occupying Kolleru lake for illegal sand mining. 

The MLA had took back the lorries seized by the Vigilance and Enforcement officers, at illegal mining areas, alleged Ramakrishna. He accused the MLA of threatening the media who went to the V and E office to know about the details of the issue.

Rama Krishna alleged that MLA attacked YCP leaders as well as the TDP leaders. He recalled that the MLA had earlier attacked Tahasildar Vanajakshi when she inspected and tried to stop the illegal sand Mining. 

Ramakrishna also stated in his letter to Chief Minister N.Chandrababu Naidu, that the people were losing confidence in him for not taking action against Denduluru MLA Chintamaneni Prabhakar. He demanded arrest of the MLA Prabhakar.
