Chinese firm delegation meets Vijayawada Municipal Corporation chief

Vijayawada: Vijayawada Municipal Corporation Commissioner J Nivas held discussions with a Chinese delegation for installation of integrated traffic signals at the existing 60 junctions in the city. 

delegation belonging  to Ali Baba Cloud software met the Municipal Commissioner J Nivas at his chamber on Tuesday and held discussions for solving  traffic problem in the city. The commissioner explained the functioning of the existing signals and co-ordination between the VMC and the police. 

The delegation told the commissioner, it would study the roads and traffic in the city and would prepare advanced software to meet the requirements of the city. Nivas  asked the delegation to prepare intelligence traffic software which regulates the traffic automatically at important junctions.
