Babu alone can develop AP: MP JC Diwakar Reddy
Anantapur: TDP MP JC Diwakar Reddy has stated that the state is passing through a crucial phase and unless Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu returns to power in 2019 elections, the state would land in chaos and uncertainty.
Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, Diwakar Reddy said that the state needs the dynamic leadership of Naidu and only he can complete what all he started, if not the state would plunge into darkness.
He said that the Chief Minister need to give tickets to candidates with good image and not look into the caste and religion of a person. Some need to be replaced with new faces otherwise the negativity on the candidates would reflect on the election results.
The MP revealed that he had requested the Chief Minister to release an additional 3 tmcft of water to benefit Tadipatri, Anantapur, Singanamala and Gooty so that water to all village tanks can be given. Chandrababu has promised to release water so that farmers can save their drying crops. He said that the city needs to develop whether any one liked it or not.
The roads extension will be carried out and the flyover bridge at Ramnagar will also be completed soon. He maintained that whether or not he contests the election, he would ensure that the underground drainage system too is executed by next year.
