City boy selected for Maths Olympiad

Rajamahendravaram: K Madhu Kiran, studying Intermediate at Sri Shirdi Sai Junior College, has been selected for the Regional Mathematics Olympiad (RMO) organised by Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education, Mumbai.

Madhu Kiran excelled by showing his talent at Indian National Mathematical Olympiad held on October 7 at Vijayawada and was selected for the RMO.  

College director Srividya appreciated Madhu Kiran for getting selected to the RMO. The RMO would be held on January 20 at Mumbai, she added.

College committee chairman T Sridhar congratulated Madhu Kiran along with the faculty members on the occasion.
