Subhash Palekar to address awareness meetings on Zero Budget Nature Farming

Guntur: The government is making elaborate arrangements to conduct awareness meeting among farmers on Zero Budget Nature Farming (ZBNF) at Bible Mission Grounds opposite ANU from December 8 to 17.  

Over 10,000 farmers across the State are expected to participate in the event. Subhash Palekar, the father of ZBNF, will address the meeting and give suggestions to farmers. The officials constructed a huge dais and made sitting arrangements to farmers. 

They have set up pandals for cooking and meals and planning for drinking water and lighting. They have set up temporary toilets also. Parking arrangements have been made for VVIPs and buses come from various districts in the state.

Following instructions of the Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Principal Secretary (Agriculture) B Rajasekhar, advisor to the government on ZBNF, P Vijaya Kumar are reviewing arrangements for the meeting.
