6-day soft skills training programme launched

Anantapur: The week-long soft skills and personality development programme and faculty development programme has been inaugurated at the JNTU campus by Rector K Prahalada Rao here on Monday. The programmes are being organised by the Electronics and Electrical Engineering department.

Speaking on the occasion, Prahalada Rao said that soft skills are crucial, and all countries have realised it. He observed that soft skills and personality development courses have become the order of the day.

He also called upon the teaching faculty to make best use of the week-long programme. Programme coordinator Prof V B Chitra, Registrar Krishnaiah, resource person Prof Rajendra Prasad and engineering college vice-principal MLS Deva Kumar were present.
