Dalit Samara Bheri organises rally

 Kakinada:  A rally under the aegis of Dalit Samara Bheri was organised here on Tuesday, demanding  that the government protect dalit student rights.

Students of various welfare hostels participated in large numbers.

Starting from TTD function  hall  junction, the rally reached Collectorate  through  main road and Government General  Hospital. The students staged dharna at Collectorate. 

Addressing the rally, vice-president of Dalit Samara  Bheri  T Madhu said that  the  TDP government should stop the attempts to close some SC welfare hostels in East Godavari in particular and  in AP in general.  He demined for regular fee reimbursement and scholarships besides continuation of all welfare hostels.

A large number  of students from various welfare hostels participated.
