KU Kabaddi team wins second place

Vijayawada: Krishna University Kabaddi men's team secured second place in Andhra Pradesh State Inter University Kabaddi Men's tournament, said KU sports board secretary Dr N Srinivas Rao here on Friday.
He said that the tournament was organised by JNT-Kakinada which was held from December 11 to 13.
The tournament was held on league-cum knock out basis and in the finals the JNT-Kakinada team won the tournament against Krishna University team with a score of 44-43 points.
Krishna University Vice-Chancellor Prof S Rama Krishna Rao and Registrar Prof P King and others congratulated the players, Team coach M Koteswara Rao and Manager M Swamy on securing second place in the tournament
