Happy Sunday programme entertains public

Ongole: The public of Ongole enjoyed the morning with special programmes, arranged by Happy Sunday and Anandalahari at the Y Junction in Karavadi Donka of 8th division by the Ongole Municipal Corporation.

The youth, children, and adults irrespective of men and women actively participated in the musical chairs, tug of war, caroms, ring, chess, puli-meka, lemon in spoon, snakes and ladder, shuttle badminton as part of the HappySunday activities. 

The artists of Bharatanatyam, folk, western dance, cultural, folk and cine songs mesmerized the public with their performance. 

The officials and local leaders distributed the certificates and prizes to the children and youth for their active participation.

The Ongole municipal engineer D Sundara Ramireddy, DEs P Anil Kumar, AE Ramu Naik, sanitary supervisor Mohan Rao, TDP Ongole town president Kathari Nageswara Rao and other officials and public representatives also participated in the programme.
