Boycott Jayaho BC meet, Settibalijas told

Rajamahendravaram: Andhra and Telangana Settibalija Mahanadu convenor Kudipudi Suryanarayana appealed to Settibalija community to boycott Jayaho BC meeting to be held in Rajamahendravaram.

Speaking to reporters at Anam Rotary Hall here on Sunday, Suryanarayana said the TDP government had not done anything to Settibalija community so far and TDP was merely using them as a vote bank. He also demanded that the state government announce Settibalija corporation immediately like the corporations set up for other backward castes. 

Alleging that ministers Pithani Satyanarayana, KE Krishna Murthy and AP Legislative Council deputy chairman Reddy Subramanyam had misguiding Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and prevented the creation of a corporation for Settibalijas, Satyanrayana demanded that the Chief Minister sack the trio from their posts.

He said Pithani Satyanarayana changed many parties and now has settled in TDP. All Settibalijas should work with co-ordination to prove their mettle, he said.
