TTD kalyanamandapam sans facilities fails to draw marriage parties
Chittoor: Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams ( TTD) has constructed a Kalyanamandapam in Chittoor in 1990 with an outlay of Rs 50 lakhs and the then chief minister Dr Marri Chenna Reddy inaugurated it on 25th September 1990. It was built for the convenience of people to conduct marriages.

In recent times, the TTD Kalyanamandapam is strictly confined for the exhibition of handi crafts emporiums deviating its main objective. TTD Dharma Prachara Mandali is expected to conduct spiritual programmes daily at the Kalyanamandapam, however, due to lack of support from public, the programmes are not being conducted.
