Rs 10,000 per month for each family is our target: Naidu
Amaravati: Stating that, income security will be ensured, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu said that they have been implementing various schemes to increase income of each family to minimum of Rs 10,000.
Speaking at a press conference after releasing White Paper on welfare schemes at his residence at Undavalli in Guntur, he explained about the flagship programmes.
Scholarships increased. Cosmetic charges increased. Implementing technology in governance to ease citizen services.
Awards achieved in e governance. Aadharana is being implemented for the welfare of BCs in the State. Under sustainable development goals, the NITI Aayog suggested 17 goals.
We are in fourth place in the country in achieving these goals and Telangana is at 19. We are working on holistic approach.
I may not give all at a time. But I am giving at maximum. We are not discriminating anybody on the basis of party. But implementing all schemes at saturated point.
Some people saying that they will do something more than this. But we did great service to the State and now presenting that in front of people.
They gave only Rs 200 as pension per month. But we are giving Rs 1000.
