Sepak Takraw player Satish Kumar selected for nationals

Vijayawada: Parvataneni Brahmaiah Siddhartha College of Arts and Science Physical Education and Sports Sciences head Dr N Srinivas Rao, said that J Satish Kumar, the Sepak Takraw player, has been selected for nationals.

He said that Satish Kumar represented Krishna district in the 29th Senior Sepak Takraw championship held at Ongole and secured third place. 

With the performance shown in the State championship, Satish was selected for the Andhra Pradesh senior Sepak Takraw team to participate in Senior Nationals, which will be held at Rajasthan starting from January 2 to 6, 2019.

On this occasion, College Convener PLN Prasad, Dr M Ramesh, Principal, Prof  Rajesh C Jampala, Dean V, Babu Rao, Director and Staff extended their best wishes to Satish to perform better in Senior Nationals tournament.
