Further 32 students patrol was brought up in each school making it to 1,216 scouts (trained boys) and 544 guides (trained girls) who are spirited with the motto “be prepared - which means you are always in a state of readiness in mind and body to do your duty.”

Deputy Director of Tribal Welfare KKiran Kumar stated that the parents of these tribal students were amazed to see their children in a glorifying uniform and participating in various service activities.

“We will improve the helping nature in students and we can deploy them in some massive programmes like village festivals and sports and games and at exhibitions and others. Even the tribal students will learn something from this scouts and guide programme and they will be more disciplined after wearing this uniform,” he said.
