High Court building works will be over by Jan-end: Narayana
Vijayawada: Minister for municipal administration P Narayana said that the High Court building works would be completed by January 31. Inspecting the High Court building works in Amaravati on Sunday, Narayana took a strong exception to the comments of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao that the technology which is being introduced in capital construction as false.
He said that diagrid technology was being used only in Andhra Pradesh and not available anywhere in the country. He asked KCR as to how was he supporting Prime Minister Narendra Modi who allocated a mere Rs 1500 crore for Amaravati capital construction.
He wondered how can the Centre allocate Rs 1,500 crore for construction of a new capital while spendin Rs 3000 crore for Sardar Vallabhai Patel statue. He said that the Telangana Chief Minister should have supported AP as a Telugu instead of supporting BJP and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He lamented that the Centre did not even see the Detailed Project Report (DPR) of Amaravati construction.
Narayana pointed out that the people of entire Andhra Pradesh had contributed to the development of Hyderabad. But KCR was acting against the spirit of Telugus, he said.
Narayana said Chandrashekar Rao was making such comments without proper knowledge and responsibility. The people were observing all the developments and would teach fitting lesson to Narendra Modi and Chandrashekar Rao, he said.
