RMC to start call centre soon

Rajamhendravaram:  Rajamahendravaram Municipal Corporation (RMC) commissioner Sumit Kumar has said that the corporation will start 'call centre' shortly to strengthen the existing grievance cell and ‘poura samasyala parishkara vedika’.

The people can directly pour their problems to the toll free number 77997 88688 from 9 AM to 5 PM every day. The complaints received to the call centre will be sent to the respective department for immediate action. 

He appealed to the people to avail this facility to sort out their problems.

The commissioner also said arrangements were made to distribute monthly pensions to 22,008 pensioners from January 1st to January 3rd from 6 AM to 6 PM. 

An amount of Rs 2.47 crore was given to respective corporation staff to disburse the pension amounts. He appealed to the pensioners to take their pensions in the said time.
