Rs.22000 cr to provide tap water to every house: CM Chandrababu Naidu
Kuppam: The Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has said that the government is spending Rs.22000 crores to provide tap water to every house in the state. Addressing the public meeting at Vaddepalle village of Kuppam mandal, he said that to preserve rain water 10 lakh farm ponds were digged.
The government was committed to complete Polavaram project and 65 percent of works were completed by now. He said that Kuppam will get water from Handri Neeva Sujala Sravanthi very soon. Saying that the state has registered 11 percent growth in Agri Sector, he recalled that Rs. 24000 cr farm loans were waived off.
He lambasted Modi government by saying that no one could get any benefit from him. With the non cooperation of central government, the state government has taken up Kadapa steel plant and will complete it, he assured.
