Meet on energy systems concludes in Vijayawada

 Vijayawada: The two-day International Conference on “Advances in Materials, Manufacturing and Energy Systems” at V R Siddhartha Engineering College concluded here on Friday.

The final day marked the process of unleashing umpteen technological endeavours in various domains of manufacturing technologies in the related fields which go a long way in moulding the arena for solving issues of day to day human functioning including storage and retrieval process of energy and others. 

The first day, 150 papers were presented by several students.
Dr G Padmanabham, Director, ARCI, Hyderabad along with Dr Prasad Yarlagadda, Professor, Queensland University of Technology, Australia, Dr B V Reddy, Professor and Chair of Ontario University of Technology, Canada attended the conference.

Dr N Venkateswarlu, President, Siddhartha Academy of General & Technical Education, P Lakshmana Rao, Secretary, SAGTE and M Rajayya, Convener, VRSEC graced the occasion.

College Principal AV Ratna Prasad gave valuable suggestions on the recent advances in the materials, manufacturing and energy systems.

Head of the Department  Dr N Vijay Sai addressed the participants and expressed his views regarding the technology and developments around the globe.
