Locals obstruct Janma Bhoomi Grama Sabha
Komarada (Vizianagaram): People from remote villages in Komarada mandal of Vizianagaram district have obstructed the Janma Bhoomi Grama Sabha and questioned the officials and leaders why they not stuck on to their words and provide basic amenities to their villages.
On Monday, when Tahsildar K Rajakumari and other officials reached Pedapeduma of Komarada mandal to receive grievances from people. But the locals including school children of that village and its adjacent villages reached there and obstructed them from entering their village asking why the officers didn’t implement the assurances given during previous Janma Bhoomi.
They asked the officials to lay roads to their villages from Kuneru. They explained the officials how they were struggling with Kaccha road. The students said that it is very difficult to reach the schools during rainy season and demanded them to make it motorable road. However, the officials failed to convince the locals.
