DHFL help desk to settle claims

 Vijayawada: DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance Company limited MD and CEO Anoop in a statement said that a special help desk has been set up to serve the policyholders affected by the cyclone in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.

 For a quick settlement of claims, the company has simplified the claim documentation requirements and has appointed nodal officers to oversee the claim settlement process.

“We at DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance express our heartfelt condolence to the families hit by the devastating cyclones in Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh.  

To help the bereaved families, we have set up a Claims Help Desk and have appointed nodal officers for rendering pro-active services to the policyholders and their beneficiaries. 

The process of claim documentation has also been simplified in order to expedite claim settlements”, said Anoop Pabby, Managing Director and CEO, DHFL Pramerica Life Insurance.
