SCR 20 special trains for Sankranti festival

Vijayawada: To clear extra rush during Sankranti festival,  the South Central Railway is going to run about 20 Jansadharan special trains between Secunderabad - Tirupati; Tirupati - Kakinada Town and Vijayawada – Vizayanagaram.  The SC Railways informed that 20 services will run between Secunderabad – Tirupati- Secunderabad stations. 

The SC Railway authorities in a release on Wednesday announced that Train No 07188 Secunderabad – Tirupati Jansadharan Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 19.30 hrs on 11th January 2019 and arrive Tirupati at 08:10 hrs on the next day. In the return direction, Train No 07189 Tirupati – Secunderabad Special Train will depart Tirupati at 17:20 hrs on 14th January 2019 and arrive Secunderabad at 09:45 hrs on the next day.

En route these special trains will also stop at Kazipet, Warangal, Dornakal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Tenali, Chirala, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Sri Kalahasthi and Renigunta stations in both the directions.

The other special train to be run by SC Railway is 2 services between Tirupati – Kakinada Town - Tirupati Jansadharan Special Trains. Train No 07190 Tirupati – Kakinada Town Jansadharan Special Train will depart Tirupati at 21.50 hrs on 12th January 2019 and arrive Kakinada Town at 08:55 hrs on the next day. In the return direction, Train No 07191 Kakinada Town - Tirupati Jansadharan Special Train will depart at Kakinada Town 18:45 hrs on 13th January 2019 and arrive Tirupati at 07.45 hrs on the next day.

En route these special trains will also stop at Renigunta, Sri Kalahasthi, Gudur, Nellore, Ongole, Chirala, Tenali, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Nidadavolu, Rajahmundry and Samalkot stations in both the directions.
