AIWC to support women in need

Kakinada: The second day meeting of All India Women’s Conference here on Thursday decided to extend all help and support to women in need.
This includes domestic violence, dowry harassment, gender discrimination, sexual harassment and other issues.
The three-day meet is being organized here on the occasion of 30 years of stating of Kakinada branch and 91 year of its establishment at national level. The organization has 600 branches with New Delhi as headquarters.
The meet also demanded for 33 percent reservation to women in law making bodies.
Secretary general Kalyani Raj, treasurer Dr Manjit Kok, president Rakesh Dhawan addressed the meet.
