BJP questions Chandrababu Naidu’s objections to NIA probe
Guntur: BJP state president Kanna Lakshminarayana questioned the need for Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu to fear NIA investigation into knife attack on YSRCP chief Y S Jaganmohan Reddy. He flagged off eight BJP Prachara Raths near Masthan Dargah in the city on Monday.
The Raths will tour Parliament constituencies in the Rayalaseema districts and propagate the welfare schemes being introduced by the Centre and about the funds released by the Centre for the development of AP in the last four-and-a- half years.
Speaking on the occasion, Lakshminarayana said Jaganmohan Reddy was attacked in the Vizag Airport which is under the purview of the Central government and High Court too directed the NIA to investigate the case. He said Chandrababu Naidu was suffering from the mental problems and blaming the Narendra Modi government for everything.
The BJP state president said some Prachara Raths will be sent to coastal districts also in a couple of days to explain the achievements of the Narendra Modi government BJP Guntur city president Ammisetty Anajaneyulu and other party leaders were present.
