Festive fervour prevails

Vijayawada: Vijayawada Municipal Corporation organized Sankranti celebrations at IGM Stadium here on Monday. 

Corporators enjoyed the event and danced on occasion. Members of International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) also participated in the celebrations. 

Kids fly kites on the occasion. People who gathered atSiddhartha Public School here also celebrated the festival by lighting Bhogi campfire.
