Special trains to clear rush of passengers in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: In order to clear extra rush of passengers, 16 weekly super fast special trains will run between Jabalpur- Tirunelveli via Vijayawada, Renigunta. In a statement on Wednesday the SCR gave the details of the special trains.

Train No. 02194 Jabalpur-Tirunelveli weekly special train will depart Jabalpur at 09.30 a.m. on February 7, 14, 21 and 28 and March 7, 14, 21 and 28, 2019 (Thursdays) and arrive Tirunelveli at 04.45 a.m. on Saturdays.

In the return direction, Train No. 02193 Tirunelveli-Jabalpur weekly special train will depart Tirunelveli at 5.45 p.m. on February 9,16 and 23 and March 2,9,16,23 and 30, 2019 (Saturdays) and will arrive Jabalpur at 11.15 a.m. on Mondays.

En route, these special trains will stop at Narsinghpur, Gadarwara, Pipariya, Itarsi, Nagpur, Sevagram, Chandrapur, Balharshah, Sirpurkagaznagar, Ramagundam, Warangal, Khammam, Vijayawada, Ongole, Nellore, Gudur, Renigunta, Tiruttani, Katpadi, Jolarpettai, Salem, Rasipuram, Namakkal, Karur, Tirchirappalli, Dindigul, Madurai, Virudhunagar, Satur and Kovilpatti stations in both the directions.  These trains will comprise of AC II Tier, AC III Tier and sleeper class coaches, the press release said.
