Chandrababu Naidu to unveil tallest NTR statue in Sattenapalli today 

Guntur: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will unveil a 36-foot-high statue of late chief minister N T Rama Rao, set on a 40-foot pedestal, in the Taraka Rama Sagar Project near the Sattenapalli Railway Station here on the death anniversary of the TDP’s founder-president on January 18.

The NTR statue, 76 feet high, is now the tallest in the two Telugu states.  Assembly Speaker Dr Kodela Siva Prasada Rao took the initiative to set up the statue to pay tributes to NTR. A gallery has been set up for the convenience of visitors to see the statue from a vantage point.
