Chandrababu Naidu to invite CJI for HC building inauguration in Amaravati

Amaravati: Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will invite Chief Justice of Supreme Court Justice Ranjan Gogoi to attend as the chief guest the inaugural function of High Court building in Amaravati on February 3.  

Naidu will leave for New Delhi on Tuesday.  A Judicial Complex, which is being constructed in Amaravati would be used as interim High Court. Though it was expected to be completed by the end of December, there were some pending works. 

Meanwhile, the Supreme Court bifurcated High Court of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana on January 1, 2019. The High Court is currently functioning in Vijayawada.
