Rail Vikas Nigam Limited officials conduct trial run

Nellore: RVNL (Rail Vikas Nigam Limited) officials conducted trial run on Tuesday from Venkatachalam railway station to tunnel line in Veligonda hills which located close to Rapur as part of Krishnapatnam-Obulavaripalli railway line. It may be recalled that officials conducted trial run in Kadapa district on Jan 12 and it was successful.

So, officials conduced similar trial in Nellore side also for testing strength of the track. A single rail engine has run for 65 km with 130 km speed on the line and back to Venkatachalam. Officials expressed happy over the development and they are getting ready for completing tunnel works fast.
