Protest over removal of drivers in Kakinada

 Kakinada:  The Kakinada unit of CITU organised a protest demonstration at the municipal corporation office on Thursday.

 Addressing the protest demonstration, CITU city unit president Palivela Veerababu demanded that the local body reinstate nine removed drivers from contract employment without any valid reason.

He threatened to intensify agitation, if the municipal authority delays action on the issue.
