150 entrepreneurs attend NABARD meet
Rampachodavaram: A total of 150 entrepreneurs participated in a programme for the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) organised under the aegis of NABARD here on Thursday.
The potential available for various types of MSME units in the agency mandals, scope for setting up the same, support available from different agencies for establishing these units were explained to the participants. NABARD provided training to 150 tribal women on bee keeping under Livelihood Entrepreneurship Development Programme (LEDP).
The chief guest of the MSME programme, Nishant Kumar, Project Officer, ITDA distributed the cheques to the beneficiaries. Dr K V S Prasad, AGM, NABARD, B V Subrahmanyam, lead bank district manager East Godavari, David Sunder Kumar, DD, DIC, K Naidu, APD, bankers in Rampachodavaram and others attended.
