Rise Krishna Sai student selected for inter-varsity tourney

 Ongole: Dasari Shivani, student of Rise Krishan Sai Prakasam group of engineering colleges has been selected during the selections conducted by Kakinada JNTU on January 24 to play handball in the inter-varsity tournaments to be organised at Anna University in Chennai, according to Siddha Hanumanta Rao, secretary of the Group of Institutions.

Dr AV Bhaskara Rao, director of the group, said that he was happy that Dasari Sivani, 3rd year engineering students competed with 50 students of various colleges in the jurisdiction of the Kakinada JNTU to get selected for the tournament.

Physical Director S Himachandra Babu said that Dasari Sivani would play in the south zone inter-varsity tournaments at Chennai.

College chairman Iskala China Rangamannar and HoD Ch Venugopala Rao also complimented Dasari Sivani on her selection.
