Naidu has no right to conduct Jayaho BC meeting: Margani
Rajamahendravaram: BC-JAC chairman Margani Nageswara Rao said that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has no right to conduct Jayaho BC meeting in the city on Sunday as he failed to do justice to BCs.
Speaking to reporters at Press Club here on Saturday, he said Chandrababu Naidu was once again trying to deceive BCs with Jayaho BC meeting by announcing some election sops.
In the name of Adarana Scheme-2, the government distributed poor quality implements to BCs as an eye wash. The government received as many as 8 lakh applications for Adarana Scheme 2 of it two lakh applications filtered and implements given to 50,000 beneficiaries, he said.
Naidu was following ‘divide and rule policy’ between Kapus and BCs to get political mileage, he alleged.
How can he give five per cent of reservations out of 10 per cent reservations given to EBCs, he questioned? Once again, Naidu was trying to get benefit in the guise of reservations.
But the people are watching him and teach him a lesson in the forthcoming elections, he added.
