Inspire Manak 2019 concludes
Visakhapatnam: The three-day district-level Science-expo ‘Inspire Manak 2019’ organised at Jubilee High School, Gnanapuram was concluded here on Thursday. Speaking on the occasion, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan project head P Sanyasi Rao said that participative spirit should be developed among the students rather than preparing them only for winning in the competitions.
He advised the teachers to give importance to promote scientific temper among students which brings out the innovative ideas from them. “Students who have careful observation and creative thinking can go on further to develop as scientists and these kinds of Science Expos will provide them a great platform to showcase their talents,” said B Lingeswara Reddy, DEO of Visakhapatnam.
A total number of 445 projects were displayed in the expo, consisting 348 projects from Visakhapatnam, 40 projects from Vizianagaram and 67 projects from Srikakulam.
