NAREDCO-2019 diary released in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: “Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Act has been  welcomed by all the builders. 

However, if the RERA registration number is given soon after the online plan is approved, it will be easy for the builders,” said the NAREDCO executive vice-president Chava Ramesh.

Speaking to the media at the NAREDCO-2019 diary release programme on Thursday, Ramesh said that problems faced by the builders were brought to the notice of RERA chairman V Ramanath and asked to provide a few discounts for builders who were registered under RERA.

Vijayawada chapter president V Subba Rao expressed his concern over the news that the cement company syndicate would increase price by Rs 50. 

He said that for the last four years there was no real estate business and appealed the government to control the abnormal rise in cement price. 

General secretary B Amarnath, treasurer Ch Venkateswarulu, joint secretary Hari Prasad Reddy, rural general secretary N Vamsi Krishna and others were present.
